We are all here for your every day satisfaction. Our efforts are to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. But sometimes things doesn't work as we planned so, please take a moment to review our refund & return policy.

We do not offer REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for any products on all purposes made on our platforms. So, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

In exceptions of when you receive a damaged or defective item. In this case please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.

REFUNDS:

Purity & Clarity USA only offer STORE CREDIT. WE do not offer CASH CREDIT.

The returned item MUST BE unused and in the original packaging, unopened, sealed as we have send it in order to qualify for a store credit. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit.

Please contact our customer support team at puritynclarity@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. And we will provide you with instructions on how to process and where to send your item. 

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-non-refundable.

Please note: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damaged goods, or packages, stolen, lost or items marked delivered by the courier and not in the possession of the customer. 

Please Always make sure that you enter a correct and safe address at checkout to avoid all issues. 

Please note: In case of a return to sender of your package, due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, there is a $15 fee for us to repackage and resend back to you. For International, the fee is $30.
