At Purity & Clarity USA, your satisfaction is very important to us. While all purchases are considered final sale, we do allow limited returns under the conditions outlined below.

📦 Return Window

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Opened or used skincare products, clearance items, and promotional products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

No cash or credit card refunds are provided.

Shipping and taxes are not included in store credit.

🚚 Return Method & Cost

Returns are accepted by mail.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at puritynclarity@gmail.com or (346) 848-0916. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or store credit.

⚠️ Important Notes

Returned items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and unused to qualify.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a $15 reshipping fee (domestic) or $30 (international).

Purity & Clarity USA is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the courier.
