Delivery and processing time

Order cutoff time: Mon-Sat (1am - 6 am) Mon-Sat (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) 

Processing & handling time:  1-3 business days.

 
Transit time: 3-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will send to your provided email. And will be updated within 1-2 business days.

We are NOT responsible for the shipping cost and return handling fees, lost or damaged package in case of a return to sender issue due to a wrong address. Please make sure you provide a safe and correct address before submitting your order.

Pre-order purchases will be shipped on the dates indicated. All pre-order products are shipped as one package for all products purchased.

Orders above $150 will receive FREE Standard First-Class shipping unless otherwise stated in the shipment confirmation email.
